Call for abstracts: Participants who wish to contribute to the conference are invited to submit an abstract in English (max. 400 words), indicating their preference for oral or poster presentation before 1st April, 2018.

Awards: There will be a prize for the best poster presentation with an emphasis on contributions from young scientists.

Publication: Book of abstracts will be available for the participants at the conference. Selected full papers based on presentations will be published after the conference in peer reviewed journals:

• Journal of Forestry Research (if 2016:0.774)     
• Applied Ecology and Environmental Research (if 2016: 0.681)     
• Monograph (book) - depending on the funds collected

Regardless of the publication of papers in the journals and depending on the interest and financial resources, a monograph in the form of a book is planned.

The remaining papers, accepted by the Scientific Committee and on Authors request, will be published in open access Conference Proceedings indexed in Web of Science, with DOI number given.
